Hi dear,

There are different type of power system ......1st Power generation after that Power Transmission and power distribution system .........

power transmission is like a main Bus where from we give or take the power.

Power Distribution is a substation or Grid station that step down the power transmision voltages to66/33/11/6 Kv than again step down it to utilization in our homes etc
