You know there is a very good way in management called sandwitch - you put sever strong points, several that need more work and then a trong one again. :) You can always use positive reinforcement as well.
Talking as a friend and using positive words to deliver the means. Thanks for invitation.
This is the steering construction

Giving feedback without criticism can take place though focusing on creating solutions and not discussing problems only. Everybody can say there is global warming but not everybody can find a solution to this problem. This also applies to humans. Everybody can say that this or that employee is weak but no everybody can help him to face this weakness.
Bottom line giving a feedback should always be positive and supporting.
Don't ever underestimate the power of positive feedback. We are quick to point out to someone when they make a mistake. Sometimes we forget to acknowledge them when they do something right. Giving positive feedback can be a powerful tool for employee motivation.
While negative feedback should be given privately, positive feedback should be given publicly. Do it in front of as large a group as appropriate.

Be observations minute under Thbotiet and attachments based on the health of the observations and the lack of personal motivation behind the notes or the goal of undermining the reputation of the person or institution and that is always the goal of the observations is to improve the work and make work better and correct the negatives and correct distortions regardless of any other factor
- Express respect
- Show involvement and make the other feel that you care
- Don't be the judge, instead be someone who gives just his own opinion. So, never use terms like "You are....". Instead use "I think you you are...."
- Make people think about what they did instead of attacking their deeds. Never say "What you did is wrong", but say "Don't you thing if you did it in another way, it would be better?"
- Pack your improvement feedback in a complimenting box. For example, you say to someone who is gloomy: "I believe you are a nice guy, with a smile on your face you will be great"
