Microsoft Dynamics CRM is designed in such a way to meet all the requirements possibly available in the organisation and not just Finance. Which might include Purchases, Sales, Payroll, Project Management etc.
This system is really flexible in use. For communicating information from a designated department to other like if Sales department have received a Purchase Order, they can input it in the system with the Billing and Payment terms and on the other side Accounts Reveivable department can bill the customer and can look forward to the receipt by mentioned payment terms entered by Sales Department.
In regards of managing information, infinite infornation can be saved as a dummy or for future references which will not have any Financial effect. Lets a number of Quotations can be saved which are received from suppliers or number of Proposals sent by Sales department to the customers.
As well as reporting is as easy as some clicks away.
