I think one shouldn't be scared to train their staff, it has become more as a practice that people should learn on their own rather we train them.

Certain jobs require a skill set and reqired training for the particular job, however if employees want to leave you they will leave you for any reason, once should guild their employee to better help you with the job requirement.
