on my opinion to be agood engineer it take all of your time because

technology has aspeed development no powe r all over the world can stop it or desrease 

the technology development

so i see we must have this qualification

good  learning&good communication&notice evrey thing

Follow-up programs of engineering and scientific journals

3/  

we must have arelation with colleagues&Graduate to learn quikly  and imorove your experience

4/  

we must search for training  before graduation& coursees
