If you were asked in a Job Application "How will you be a good addition to our team? " what would you write ?

If you want to be a good and positive addition in a new team, firstly you need to be honest, express your capabilities and specialty which can help the new team to achieve their goals

I shall write :

• By the use of Organizational wisdom and harmonizing my perception with employer's or organization's perception and delivering the values which are core for the team and organization ..
• creating and adding values by the use of serious creativity and that serious creativity is not only removing the inhibitions and fears rather putting deliberate efforts to put your mind on the track of idea creativity. 

I will answer using your example. I follow TED Talks and its many Tedx versions since2007 and if anything TED Talks events are characterized by:

1. Excellent all-round organization (organization skills)
2. A diverse selection of speakers, audience and topics. (thirst for knowledge)
3. Democratic: very interesting & inspiring idea's shared by both, world famous speakers and totally anonymous one. (tolerance & open-mindedness)

Your talents should definitely include: high organization skills, creativity, superb communication skills and intercultural skills, open-mindedness, thirst for knowledge sharing and it facilitation.

I will explain with the examples from my past employment.  I will showcase following qualities - Collaborating with Team, high Degree of Commitment, leadership qualities, Technical expertise, Communication Skills
