how we add lighting effect in adob photoshop pics

Brother you need to ask complete question, bcoz lightening can of different forms in Photoshop, like to light up the picture, or to show a source of light in picture e.g.
sun or bulb or rays etc.

It’s depending on what you want to change in your photo...
(Some people likes to add only some lines around models & some likes to change sun beams & some likes to add dreamy effects… etc) Maybe you need to use more than one tool or option to reach the desired result.

use Ctrl+L, for the brightness levels.

Filter>Render>Lighting Effects

you can used blinding mod = lighting there for adding light to the layer then you can play with opacity i recommend you to understande blinding mode its the best way to mastering the effects in photoshop and many other software i hope that will be useful for you......

why don't you use filter of photshop there you can get light what you want in your pix
