You have an event What are your event’s objectives? Are they SMART? What are Smart Stands for? What tools and strategies will you use to achieve them?

Ehab we use SMART targets for our youngsters who are all diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We find them an extremely valuable tool:

S - Specific (person focused)

M - Measurable (do you have a scale that you can judge results against)

A - Achievable (Is the individual actually capable of doing the task)

R - Realistic (Don't set the bar too high)

T - Timescale (Set a nominal and viable period for the task to be completed)
