I see that there are two sides of human development, the proffesional side and the personal side. I will start with the issues most required for the organization. If there is an aparent lack of professional skills either currently or for the planned future needs, I will start with those. If not, I will work with colleagues and HR to identify and prioritize the human development required for the staff and proceed with that within the company's available resources.
