What type of support can a Administrative Assistant get from his/her colleagues?

Mentorship - useful if an Admin Assistant has someone they can work closely with and create a development plan.  The mentor can guide and help the Admin Assistant with looking at areas to build on strengths and work on weaknesses.

Patience and understanding from colleagues is good to have, and enables appreciation of each others skills, experience and talents - everyone has something to contribute and that includes Admin Assistants.
