Operation leader should have1) Data, analysis highlighted which helps to play a significant part in developing essential role insight and increased self-awareness of the floor.
It is easy to track the team member workout and focusing on performance.2) Team communication once in a week compulsory for the current awareness of the floor performance, sharing the decisions and target goal setup for the success and progress of each team member.
Responsibility feels a part of the team3) Strong Feedback highlights strengthen your performance and make your team member freaked out which targets specific questions to key groups of respondent.
Written feedback plays an effective role and situation specific2) Good Strategic Thinking and Planning3) Patient and client engagement is necessary.
Ready to deliver answer before questioning by client.

A good operational leader one must take action in order to lead one must first an example. All can duplicate it is the embodiment of a good leader that he knows how to follow the rule.

A true leader is who knows his job thoroughly and keeps his attitude to learn latest things in his area so he can keep his team also tuned well about the same.
Has a positive attitude and is an excellent team player-Takes the team together and goes forward.
Teaches the team new things and appreciates them for the good work done in front of all the other team members but takes them to task (reprimands) the team member in a closed chamber.
