The state should be involved in this situation. Government has the power to make it work. in partnership with the Ministry of Education. Matter how try as much as an organizationdoes not have the same impact.
countries must pay due attention to special education.If we want to raise awareness , then mass media should take part..There must be advertisements about how to deal with them and how we should deal with them as sound people.they must feel that they are part of our society.Have you heard of Maria Mintosory , the first woman doctor in Italy,?She said that people with special needs used to imprisoned in rooms in the past.she noticed that those kids played with food they ate.People used to think that those kids had no minds ,but she began to think that they are intelligent as they played with food.So , she designed games for them as she believed that they can think as well as adults.
I know blind people who play dominoes better than those who can see.Societies must discover their abilities and develop them.
To raise the awareness towards special education, we can use the following proceudres:-
1- Holding an event or campagin.
2- Using communication tools (Phone, Radio and TV)
