I say, a combination of both weight training and High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT)can be very effective in weight loss specifically fat loss. It is much more effective to utilize weight training and incorporate High Intensity Interval Training because the more muscle you have the stronger you get, (which is built through weight training) the higher your metabolic rate tends to be even at rest, which means you burn more calories and burn fat faster coupled with HIIT can blast your fat and get you a more ripped body.
