What is your Favorite CRM (Customer Relationship Management)Software?

In order of preference:

1. SalesForce.com
2. Microsoft Dynamics
3. SAP
4. Zoho CRM
5. Sugar CRM (open source)
6. Sage

There are many software available in the market. One of my best software is Zoho CRM Tools. Apart from this have got a list for best crm software.

 None, sadly, what is out there in the market is the tip of the iceberg and CRM and its full potential is too far from it is sold to companies these days.  My article may give an analogy of CRM and Big Data:
