now CCNA and CCNP is not enough by them selves you have to look into other vendors like "Juniper, HP...etc. plus.

See, you have to clear Interviews ... Its not about passing the Cert ... Certificates are like "key" in your hand. People around you will understand that you own the car and you know how to drive ... but many times its not the case ....
