How can a succesful teacher explain rules of grammer in a flexible way and an attractive manner?

dont hover much on grammar..treat it as a side issue,teach it through reading and stuff

English grammar is a vast subject and cannot be learned in a few days. That's why it is recommended to prepare a work sheet for each day keeping in mind how much time you want to give each session. You can include4-5 sections in each work sheet offering different activities of grammar. Provide maximum opportunity for the practice of the students.

After explaining the rule about a section with example proceed with the help of students. They'll participate actively.
