For me I keep distracting myself with the job, I don't contact or deal with what causing the stress; I leave it for a while and later I get back to it.
When I do get back to it, I think about it with a different way, I don't use the same old one, which cause me to be stressed.
Very important to tell everyone around you that you are nervous; especially those who you care about, you don't want to hurt someone or do a mistake, at least you can say; I told you so!
stress in work has different type like physical and mentel. it depend upon what type of job you are invole. so the best way to manage stress at work is to make friendly working enviroment and take a little break, fresh up ur mind. and do not restart until ur mind is clear. mind can be fresh up by watching a fuuny clips,chat with a close friends etc etc.
