I want to know from my friends that in nearby financial crises, why most of world class companies went to bankruptcy although they had top experts?

My understanding is no one not even experts can predict the future financial situation perfectly .This is called the risk factor. Also there is a famous sying past performance is not a guarantee for future profits. Technology changes, tastes and fashoin change. It is not always possible to predict the future in such a dynamic situation.
