u must ready for any question
Since my position as HR is to interview employees endlessly, it is somewhat different when I am going to be the one to be interviewed. As HRs, we usually know what common questions will be asked upon us, but I usually treat every interview as a life changing event and must take it seriously.
The things that I usually expect in going in an interview are :
Tough assessments, hard questions focusing on my weak points in the CV, and the feeling that I'm not going in an interview, but rather in a thesis defense.
When you expect the worse case scenarios, you will have better preparation and the emotional readiness for it in case it happens, if not, then it will just be a ride in the park for you.
you should expect any question and you should be ready to answer
