Hi, each country details what is required in labour law. In the UAE, Section III of the details the records and files required to be kept. There are a variety of items listed, and they are focused on industrial companies / jobs as opposed to office jobs, but it is easy to make adjustments to your record keeping. These then simply have to be converted to go into an HRIS. We use a Notes based HRIS which we customized. It has an employee information area, a leave management area, attendance tracking, performance appraisal, and an admin tool. It isn't the most robust, but it works very well for us.
