Do you prefer to work in a prestigious organization with a low salary or an unkown company with higher salary?

That's a very good question and the answer depends on what your career goal is. If you want to earn money quick then go for an unknown with a higher pay. This will give you an opportunity to see your own strengths as well as develop your own work ethics, help build the company and grow with the company as it progresses. 

If you want to learn and money is not one of your top3 priorities then go for a big player. You will learn discipline, Policies and procedures, chain of command and all the other developments and systems that make the well known companies tick. 

There are advantages and disadvantages of both set ups and the decision should really be based on your motives and priorities in career development.

I believe that, having to choose each one of us would take a qualifying job, exciting work that makes us grow and makes motivated, small or large company, small or large salary, it all depends on emotional serenity that gives us.

i don't think there is a company will pay for nothing, i already worked for international company and they paid good because they have standards for HR and level of maturity; and they got too much from any client too.

but for small companies to pay good for you they will ask you to work18 hours per day.

It depends on an individual's goal, either he is looking for money or learning.

I will choose second one "unknown company with higher salary"

Coz I want to grow up myself. I am ready to face the difficulties and I know after spending some time there I would be the same what I am in this company. 

after this age ....  i prefer to work unnoune company with high salary

I Thought the low salary with prestigious organization is better than high salary and unknown organization

Both are same as good and it's either of two, as long they provide my need and raise up my reputation and will issue a certificate of employment and can learn a lot of skills..

I would prefer to work in a prestigious organization with a low salary than unknown company with higher salary beacuse at start of my career i want to learn and gain experience then go for good opportunity.

For starter/fresher may be you will be working on a low salary pretigious company. Because prestigious company is easily searchable. But as your skills grow, your keen to higher salary will grow also thereby driving you to find higher salary job may it be not a prestigious company.

It depends on you that what you are actually,,!! if you are a highly professional skilled person that have minimum20 to25 years of experience then you have to join a small company with high salary because you will be the person who will grow up this company in market and it will be a very profitable step for you. This is an idea or thinking that's how you will be fruitfull for a small comapny and how you can earn a respect and superb name in the market . 

And in the other situation if you are a newly graduated and fresh experience man then it is a very good step for you that you join a well known company however the pay is less , but it will make you a professional and sharp your skills very well ..

Conclusion:

A well known company is an insitute where a guy grown up his personality and make himself a professional and a small organization is a place where you the professional can earn his dignity and respect.. !!

The both organizations are better for you it depends on your professional condition .. !!
