Please inform your procurement team to develop packing ( Size ) as per your binning standards or location standards

You can use moving bin system (ie : no  fixed location for particular part ).

Inform supplier to mention the part no out side of the box  else you put tag for each boxes for easy identification

While making good receipt you can mention the location and date of bining also. this will be useful for you to identify the part and maintaing the FIFO
