If we are talking strictly dispensing errors then many factors can come into play here. The work load, working environment and experience are major contributing factors. To reduce errors in the dispensary I think organisation skills and attention to details as well as staying up to date are pivotal elements and pharmacists should always seek to improve these skills. A good tip that I learnt in my intern year is to always check, double check and if you can tripple check!
