How can a pharmacist reduce the factor of error during dispensing the medications?

If we are talking strictly dispensing errors then many factors can come into play here. The work load, working environment and experience are major contributing factors. To reduce errors in the dispensary I think organisation skills and attention to details as well as staying up to date are pivotal elements and pharmacists should always seek to improve these skills.
