YOUR OPINION
Generally you shouldn't give a difficult job to a lazy person..
However, motivation is a factor in the keys to success or, simnply put "Motivation is the key to success"
If you are giving that lazy person a difficult job, in the hopes of motivating them, i.e. through some reward or instill satisfaction of accomplishing a difficult task, then in those circumstances, you can give a difficult job to a lazy person in the form of an assessment...
Lazy people are like Iron which is quite useful but if kept idle will be rusting and then it looses its value same way a lazy person never comes across his /her abilities untill pushed to limits . so then they will come in terms with their own capabilities as they leave their comfy zone.

Sorry to say that I disagree with this quote, I never give difficult job to a lazy person because either he’ll miss the deadline or submit low quality job
