responsibilities * Comprehensively respond to customer inquiries regarding products or services offered by the company and the payment , * In person or by telephone receives orders from customers, records and directs them to the appropriate staff and monitor the implementation of these orders , * Encourages customers to purchase new services or goods , * Fills forms of contracts and other necessary documents , calculates service charges and collects payment, * Prepares invoices , statements , instructions and other documents needed for proper customer service * Sets the date of delivery to the consignee or the date of service on the basis of supply and production schedule in force at the company , * Transmit complaints to the relevant departments to resolve the matter and whether the complaint has been properly settled, * Create , enter and edit correspondence, reports and other documents related to customer service or customer service activities .
The key to good customer service is building good relationships with your customers. Thanking the customer and promoting a positive, helpful and friendly environment will ensure they leave with a great impression. A happy customer will return often and is likely to spend more.
