Not Really, because Revit Architecture is more of a parameter driven Modeling Software, which means you can only model things that are more real life-like, and you are restricted from free form modeling; unlike when it comes to using a free form modeling software like3d max or Rhino or Maya, those are the type of softwares that don't strict you with limitations, you only have to know how and when to push the right button.
there is however the "massing environment" in Revit which allows you to mass complex forms and add what is called "Adaptive Components" after this great feature was introduced in revit2010 it was a great appreciated improvement to the sofware, at it was sometimes used by companies that work in the filming industry, many complex shapes and forms were made using Adaptive components, to name a few, star ship interior in star treck, Spiderman2 scene over the train with collapsing buildings, and the beehive tn the Bee Movie, plus some wreckage scenes in other movies.
