You may not like my answer but you can try this. Apply for a lower profile job . Work for at least6 months and then give intervews that match your qualification.

Work experiance will also help you answer most of the questions that the intervewer may ask.

When u start a car the engine has to work really hard but the vehicle moves slow ly in1st gear. But u cannot move to OVERDRIVE WITHOUT1ST GEAR.
