What I will do in my case for example if I am working under supervision, I consider myself whole sole responsible for the job or I consider that I am the boss or I consider that I am the owner of the particular job. 

 

The same method I will apply to employees to make them responsible by trusting on them and then I can cover other responsibilities. By applying this method, you are also producing future supervisor as well  or some one replace you in case of your absence.
