How can I get "Good" from my boss?

If he is a " good " manager

you should not make him to remind you

Just do your best

By being professional and exceeding his expectations.

If you are looking for GOOD from your boss, I must say you are on wrong path of your professional life.

We should try to be good to our responsibilites, work pressure and office mates and also good at learning, THE APPRICIEATION would come to you itself and shall stick with you always.

Appricieation is not earned but you have to creat it.

Boss always expects best performance leading to desired results. When you do so,  you secure your place in the good books of your boss. 

Be good to get good!

Don't wait for the good, when your not finishing your work on time for example.

Don't wait for the good, when you keep on roaming in the organisation, talking with this and that, is another example, and so on of course.

What I understand from your question is how do you keep a good relation with  your boss. It is simple- do what you are expected to do. And always have a smiling face. Every boss wants a subbordinate who is sincere and hardworking.

• First understand your office colleagues’ desires give respect to them by heart.
• Give your fullest concentration on your job.
• Keep smiling face.
• Say welcome to new JDs.
• Be ready for work pressure.
• Share your ideas and always try to help your colleagues out in difficult situation.
• Be positive in complex situation.
• Stay away from office politics
• Achieve deadline.
• Finally ….. do not argue too much.

Always say "YES " to your boss even if he is wrong. Give him more respect and always listen to him. If he  wants more work from you do it and don't make any argue with him. Don't make complaints to any one above him and don't speak against him to anyone. If he is very strict just face him with smiling face and don't mind if he shout on you and continue give him respect and say " YES SIR YES SIR" SORRY SIR  OK SIR”  the more he thinks you are a nice worker & following well then with time he will start liking you and he will give you more importance compare to others who not showing respect to him. One day you will see he will do for you whatever you want from him because you absorb him and now time to get benefits. Thanks for reading.
