What is , in your opinion, the most important execution skill?

In the field of execution i think " Decision Making " is the most important skill to get succes in this field.
Because most if of the time execution starts after taking any decision and execution also stops due to any decision.
So, a person should acquire this skill to be successful in the field of execution.
