How Six Sigma Practices are followed in Arab countries?

This significant question applies to many countries and businesses. Change management is a big part, but the real answer goes to why the question is asked. During my six years working in Arab countries six sigma was inadequately understood by leaders. The fact is, there is no evidence suggesting it is needed. I will be preparing an article as to why it is needed soon on my linked in profile page. It will not be the same as what the "experts" who make a profit on it say. My essay will speak to perhaps why it is NOT prominent in Arab countries or other countries/businesses. In short, understanding the competitive threat as genuine, and understanding that new approaches are needed, the same old approaches have an expiration date. Then figure out why six sigma is different than applying basic quality tools. i am a LSSBB, and even upon graduation I didn't buy into why it is different, but do now. Stand by for 1-2 weeks.
