What are some of the best CRM solutions for healthcare?

There are several software applications (suites) for CRM in health care ,,, very often referred to as PRM  (Patient Relationship Management) Systems ... I would NOT really jump into the game of recommending package X versus package Y for3 good reasons

1. I am NOT in the game of promoting/marketing/selling an specific vendor package not for this topic or any other topic
2. As I have done  "vendor/package qualification and selection" services before, my approach would be to prepare all functional requirements in the "ideal" package you are looking for,  put that in an RFP, invite vendors to respond, and compre their responses to the list of functional requirements, one by one and in full details along with a financial/commercial analysis comparison between all competing vendors who qualify technically per your requirements
3. There is NO pefect match in any solution you ultimately choose.  Expect to have pros and cons for every alternative and make sure all people involved understand/accept the pros and cons in the solution you will ultimately choose
