If you received two job offers, one with high base pay and low incentives and the other with high incentives and low base pay. Which would you choose?

The incentives are performace based and base pay is your basic eligibility based on your skills and previous experiences. I would personally like to freeze my basic pay and hence would like high base pay. However, I can always demand to get the high incentives for my good performance.

Higher base pay would be my option too.
