Do not believe there a recipe that works for all the same. Personally if my family is well, healthy, if I have a job that brings me satisfaction, If I can afford to travel at least once a year, If I give love and respect to those around me, from what I give to receive back, yes, I can say I have a great life. Happiness is not a permanent condition, comes and goes. But it is so nice to have some happiness.
