My Ideal job has something to do with my passion. A job that let me pass each day without realizing that i was working. A job that will always make me smile and teach me more to enhance my skills and talents. probably the job that I am applying for.
They say human nature has no contentment; people cannot live in parallel lifestyle or even with career. For me, my ideal job is where I can find satisfaction/contentment on what I do wherein it can also provide growth/development to my career and even to my personal life(“The biggest room in the world is for Improvements”).
The interviewer is trying to find out if you’ll be happy and productive in this position, with this company, or if you just want anything with a paycheck. So it’s a little bit like answering the question: “Why do you want to work here?” They want to know that it’s about more than just money.
So you can answer it from that point of view if you want. You can’t directly state: “This one!” But you can talk about certain aspects of this job and how it fulfils personal goals and desires for you and that’s why you got into this line of work and then tie it into why this particular job with this particular company is such a good fit for you.
A job with no limitation to develop myself, knowledge and experience and with a lot of challenging and problem solving opportunity .

I don't know if there is such a thing an ideal job because different people add unique talents to each
position. So anyone who tries hard enough and works long enough can make a position into a meaningful creative outlet
To describe an ideal job, one would describe an occupation that is the most interesting and beneficial to a person. What is considered an ideal job for one person may not be to another. An ideal job would offer the employee acceptable schedules, benefits, and a decent salary or hourly wage. An ideal job would be a type of job in which a person can grow and flourish and preferably be promoted. The ideal job would be fulfilling to the person and make them happy with their work life.
The passion in my work is one of my strength points, so i alway's looking to build competition between me & colleagues to find motivations makes the tasks as game levels.
My ideal job has not yet come with me but I will give my all when it comes and never stop until I'll I suceed.
