What would be wrong if a person has or worked in different fields in his career and profs them as his strength to accept any given challenge futher

That will be my case, I've already worked in several fields and I did good on them.
It depends on the personality and attitude.

No, Every challenges we have to face.

Many people are multiple abilities.
Some can work in multiple fields, but some can work only in one field at a time.
It depends on person, how he choose to work.
But it is better if someone specialize in one field and work with it.

I think that there are person able to work and success in different jobs and fields.
We called that as a "he got a talent".
In this situation it would give him a privilege than others (Strength) and any reputable organization once discover that it can used by hiring as a multitask person and promote him to work in a high level.

Nothing is wrong in it, if you can prove you have track records in different areas, it means you are really good.
I would see you as a potential candidate who can take on multiple roles in the organization, which means shoulder more responsibilities.
Morever, you never know what you are really good at unless you keep trying.

I did it.
Many/different fields.
I guess only a superficial look over this kind of a resume would deliver a wrong idea of a person with no specific target in her/his career.
Thus, one should focus on a specific job and hunt it...
specifically.
Otherwise, I take the risk to believe in a deeper look into the mentioned resume.
I grew up in a country that still suffers of "poli-qualifying" syndrome (it means, a culture vitiated/tainted by the communist mentality of "building the New Man" who was meant to be Jack-of-all-trades - here and now I'm laughing with a sad grimace on my face).
I was forced by circumstances (history, economy, society that lie on quicksands) to have and be prepared to get more than one job.
And I've heard I did them well enough to try abroad, to find other...

actual the Human has allot of bairn storms, he can be creative and share in allot of work, but the problem exactly in depend in his thinking

As per my opinion, there is nothing wrong in this situation rather it gives versatility in the professional career. The diversified experience makes one the potential source for his employers, who can lead his organisation towards excellence.

If I give the example of my professional career, I mastered in Finance and Economics. I have served in Accounts and HR Departments of a govt. organisation in Pakistan for more than thirteen (13) years. Afterwards, I switched over to the Consumer Banking of a private bank, where I have been serving for the last six (6) years. Even I had no previous experience of Consumer Banking, I have been the top performer for the last five (5) years with a huge difference with my rivals.

Hence, the thing that makes the difference, is attitude only.

May be but if he worked in all the multiple fields with full of interest and try to learn because every field is not similar and the problem is if your are working in different-2 streams your career growth is stopped.
