Sure , The employer should pay the vacation pay ( depending on the contract ) - In our company we pay for any employee every11 works months
The payment should be according with the local Labor Law!
There is no law regarding it, well It depend on employer and their policies. My last employer didn’t paid any such amount but with my current employer we have a clear cut policy for paying the pay against the vacations.
