I am always make time blocks in my calendar to one-one meeting at the start of working week and one full team meeting to align them with business needs and free time for them to be effective not only efficient and also help them to define their most important task required.

Communication, it is important that the Manage knows how to listen as much as talk.

3Rs (Respect, Recognition and Rewards) , Employees 'satisfaction ,Team building through team support ,unbiased behaviour towards employees and motivational approach are the basic effective measures to maintain high performance team

Conviction, motivation, clear objectives to acomplish and respect.

With dashboard, so the team can review the performance by themself
