Be specific.

Respect all, even your voice was too high, doesn't matter, but respect.

Don't underestimate anyone or action.

Be technical problem solver.

Try to Make them curious, because curiosity was and still the best way for the human being  to learn. We are big KIDS and we still curious :) 

Ask them more questions, that helps in getting there attention.
