As Mr. Dia said check out your CV and try to improve.
But first of all you have to change your way, because you should not do the same action every time and wait a deffirent reaction.
Rewrite your CV in a profissional way and avoid spelling mistakes
You have to evaluate your self first and know what you are applying for,
Study the company before you apply
Online Applying is not always successful, so try to call Human Resource Department and ask for a meeting - it worked with me earlier
Check my C.V. to see what is wrong
Dear Bota,
If I get a regret letter from any employer, I will do:
1. Review or update CV (Knowledge, skill, experience, add relevant training).
2. Avoid irrelevant job application.
3. Check grammar (Spelling etc.).
4. Meet expert who will able to guide.
You might be applying for wrong jobs. All your relevant skills might not be bought to attention on your C.V. There maybe less jobs more people applying but the right one won't pass you keep applying xxx :)
I don't take rejection in the negative light. My usual reaction is that the job is not the right one for me. Sometimes I say to myself that it's not my loss but the company's. I know my abilities, capabilities, and my strengths. I don't normally put everything on my CV because it's not in my personality to brag about myself. I rather prefer that employers discover how I can be an asset to the company. And I have proven this well. All of my previous employers were just amazed that I know more things than what I have written in my CV.
