Relationships such like love in workplace, how it affects the parties involved in it and how it affects the workplace, and tell you opinion in it ?

We need to strike a balance between personal and professional life.

It is better not to carry our problems and relationships to workplace.

But if we fall in love in work place, then it is better to carry our relationship with dignity and maintain distance in office and spend more time with other friends than with each other.

It can only effect if both the parties are not professional.

Getting involved in a love relationship within the same department of the company is unhealthy because work performance can be influenced by the concerned individuals' emotions.  It can even bridge contempt or conspiracy against the company they work for.

Work place is a professional place. Outside any person can have an emotional relationship but in office you should be professional. Otherwise you cannot maintain descipline.

From my experience, never mix business and love.
