KPI's and SLA must be strictly implemented, time is very important for both property management group and the clients in the end client must be statisfied, the facilities technician should be skilled enought to deliver the services, quality inspection must be done as well to ensure that the work is implemented based on the standards and on time, communication is a must so the tenants/ clients is updated regarding their request,
