Is it better to leave the computer on or turn it off?

What will you Do If you have a server ! ? to answer your question I asked this Question

If your computer have super user or super administrator and he search and download a lot of important things all the day ---> you must leave it on but with right Cooling  ( e.g water , liquid and of caurse air , etc )

If you want your computer to live long life you must turn it off for some time of the day

another thing If you live at egypt you must turn it off or hibernate before sleep 

here why to use hibernate ( espesially if you are egyption ) !
