From your point of view a successful sales person can depend only on talent or he should add more skills and education ?

Each one of us have the talent of sale and negotiate since we were born. Depinds of us how we increase these skills. My opinien about a successful sales person is he should look every second for solutions, not to wait the opportunities.

Talent alone will make you dependent on the luck. Education and skill enhancement will help you find real solutions when a problem is there.
