I vote for H "Yes, only if they contain a link to original source."
C. Yes, not everybody has the skill to write own answers.
D - This is a sharing platform and we are all here to learn
J. If you intend to answer, share your experience and guide the person in positive way. Anyone who is using Bayt.com can google it by himself well if he/she needs to find only "The Correct Answer".
well i think some questions or specialty need correct answer for example database codes so copying from w3school will be ok.
E. Yes, only if they contain a link to original source
B . The pupose getting served. All they need was some answers.
My own choices in order of preference are:
D. Yes, I don’t mind if they're personalized & edited. (Preferably while placing a link still) E. Yes, only if they contain a link to original source.
Most of us must've gone through the tedious yet challenging experience of academic writing, when writing our (oh so important) thesis that got us our titles. One basic international component of such papers is "correct referencing", aimed at early-age consolidation of respect for intellectual property and encouragement of genuine addition to science& research. We are not practicing science around here, but we do practice (online) research one way or another. It is only a testimony of our deeply-rooted professional excellence to hold on to our attained college skills and principles of proper knowledge attainment & sharing.
Small remark: any too lengthy, obviously100% copy-pasted answer from the web in haste, without even being read by the poster, is mostly totally ignored by me, albeit for having to scroll down so much to read other more personal answers. It can be sufficient to place a link in such case, without cluttering the page, using up too much space or slowing down its loading time.
I would answer J. (other), if you are quoting something that you believe in yourself but it is phrased differently, why not use it, saves writing it twice or repeating yourself! However to my mind it has to be almost word for word how you would express it yourself or it undoubtedbly becomes plagarism, I believe very much in expressing yourself without recourse to using another's "words", there have been many examples on this forum of people whose english might not have been strictly correct, but what they have done is used their own words and "expressed" themselves in exemplary fashion, these are people I admire.
I don't mind if they are originated from another source, because after all we don't know everything. As long as this point of view is expressing the person's beliefs, is ok. So my answer is D+E.
ANSWER IS E.
A big B
Note:searching in google for a creative answer is also a skill.
