this is not a proper answer for my question.
As a recruitment manager you have to put some question to know the ability and trustworthy of the candidate.the main point is that the candidate will not care for that you will select or not he will answer directly without any seeking your mercy.so you can consider him as trustworthy and clean hand.
1. To assess interpersonal skills.
2. To assess accountability of his or her jobs.
3. To talk with his or superviser or HR.
4. To assess how he or she watch the ETHICS.
