Not a single site is FAKE or SPAM....... people has different opinions ...... those who gets a good job through an online sit, will recommend it for sure...... others will not.
Yeah i feel and observer personally that there are a few individuals (On linkedIn) who usually creates fake Adv. to gain attention of job seekers just to build their data base for future use.
