How do you find "Specialities" feature in Bayt useless?

At first, it was a good feature intended to deliver a technical forum-like method that can help others to build reputation which in turn help them to get jobs. Unfortunately, the feature doesn't help at all in achieving this. All you get is how many views on your public profile today and then no action happens. It's been a year using this feature. No calls, No interviews. The type of questions asked here are really silly, nonsense, and don't help employers to give them the advanced idea about you. For example, a question like " What are Port Numbers and their purpose?". Well, employers will never hire you after reading this question because they expect to hire a network engineer not a KG1 BASIC Programmer. Asking these types of questions gives the impression to employers that either: You came here to play and earn cheap colored medals OR You have no idea what information technology is all about. Another silly drawback is people here sometimes do NOT give a vote to your right answer and give that vote to some other silly answer which is unfair. Therefore, i find this feature useless and waste of time. What do you think?
