Earth and Ground are the same. But the neutral is different from the former two. As the neutral is the star point where one terminal of each of the3 phases are brought together. In balanced voltages3 phase supply the neutral voltage should be zero.

But in some electrical network configurations - namely IT-S configuration, the earth and neutral are the same and is symbolized by PEN or EN.

earth and ground are means connect all connecting material and equipment in site or building to earth to save humans resources and equipment for any over charge, are the same

but  neutral is equivalent phase for the live3 phase to be220V 

 

and in the good earthing system the deffernt between earth and neutral voltage is zero volt
