Naturaly nice people. because without high effort you'll got what you want from them and quickly.
It is definitely easier and safer to hire people who are nice by nature ... rather than tring to train them to be nice. It is also known that people tend to go back to their nature when under pressure or when they are cut loose from control and monitoring, and you do NOT want to be victimized by such thing when/if it happens.
It is easier to hire nice people because I can not gaurantee those who will be trained; will be nice
If the trainer is good enough it never matters whether the person is nice or not, they automatically train them as per their requirment. Becasue as an employee i will never know anyone personally if they are nice or not.
